First course, choice of
Salade gourmande, magret de canard fumé maison and foie gras, vinaigrette à l’huile de noix
Salade gourmande, foie gras,
 smoked duck breast, walnut vinaigrette 
Bisque de homard
Lobster bisque
Saint Jacques au coulis de basilic 
and petite salade mangues
Seared scallops, basilic coulis and mango salsa

Second course, choice of:
Jarret d’agneau “Black Hill Ranch” au romarin
Slow roasted lambshank, rosemary sauce
Tournedos et sa sauce foie gras, gratin de pommes de terre
Tournedos, potato gratin and foie gras sauce
Saumon sauvage, sauce a l’aneth, riz sauvage
Wild Norvegian salmon, wild rice and dill sauce

Dessert, choice of:
Tarte Tatin aux poires, glace au caramel beurre salé
Pear Tatin, salted caramel ice cream

Profiterolles façon Paris-Brest, mousse noisette, miel et amande
Profiterolle Paris-Brest with hazelnut mousse

Menu is $85 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity
Complimentary glass of Champagne Voirin Jumel with dessert
A $40 deposit is required upon reservation
A $40 fee will be applied for cancellation within 48 hours of the dinner
