Foie gras terrine, homemade fig marmalade, brioche

Second course, choice of:
Boeuf Wellington, gratin Dauphinois et haricots verts
Beef Wellington, gratin dauphinois and green beans

Magret de canard à l’orange, fagots de haricots verts, tomate provençale
Seared duck breast “à l’orange”, green beans and tomato provençale

Vivaneau sauvage et tian de légumes, sauce au saffran
Wild red snapper, provençal vegetable tian, saffron sauce


Dessert, choice of:
Bûche de Noël à la mousse orange et chocolat
Chocolate and Grand Marnier mousse Christmas log

Poire pochée au vin chaud, glace canelle
